These days oxygen plays an important role in economics of manufacturing pulp and paper products. The processes like washing, bleaching and pulping require reliable and low cost oxygen supply. In addition the delignification also requires good quantity of oxygen. Besides this the oxygen finds use in effluent treatment, wastewater treatment, and ozone sterilization to meet pollution control norms which are becoming stringent day by day.
Airgases Projects can provide to this industry high purity plants based on cryogenic technology or alternatively low purity oxygen plants based on PSA/ VPSA technology where volume of gases required is rather low and lower purity oxygen is acceptable. Our team can also offer cryogenic liquid storage, pumping and vaporisation ( SPV) systems where liquid oxygen is purchased from external sources. The liquid thus purchased is stored in special cryogenic storage tanks and vaporised to near ambient temperature before being used by customer.
