However Airgases Projects with support from Costain can offer nitrogen generators up to 15000 NM3/hr capacity and purity up to 1 ppm oxygen . For special cases ultra-high purity nitrogen with maximum oxygen content in ppb level can also be offered. The product pressure in range of 4-10 barg can be provided directly from column without any external compression.
Airgases Projects, also provides specially designed liquid assist high purity Nitrogen generators ( Mini HPN) with capacity ranging between 100 to 5000 NM3/hr . These plants are very competitively priced and highly energy efficient. These plants require 4-7 % of plant capacity as external LIN injection and consume power @ 0.25 KW/NM3 of nitrogen product. These plants can effectively compete with any other available mode to meet low volumes of high purity nitrogen, be it a PSA plant with Deoxo or liquid purchase and vaporisation. The payback period of investment made in these plants is less than 2 years. These plants require very small foot print Airgases Projects can also undertake up gradation and capacity increase of any existing nitrogen plants up to doubling of existing capacity at low capital expenditure.
