Airgases Projects provides custom built gas storage & distribution systems such as buffer vessels, cylinder manifolds and skid mounted pressure reducing & metering stations. Airgases Projects provides application systems for industrial gases in process industry such as oxygen control skids, oxygen enrichment systems and gas mixing systems etc.
Airgases Projects manufacturing facility is approved by PESO to undertake manufacturing of gaseous storage vessels. These vessels are designed as per ASME Sec VIII / BS5500 or any other international design code. These are manufactured under comprehensive stage inspection of third party inspection agencies like Lloyds/ BV/ DNV and SGS etc. The gaseous storage vessel design is subject to fatigue analysis to take care of cyclical loading. Our manufacturing facility has successfully delivered vessels with weight of 90 MT in single piece vessel.
The distribution system are designed to meet customers requirement across all its different shops. Airgases Projects has required capability and design software to analyse these demands from different consuming units to design required storage and distribution system.
